NON-DELIVERED ORDERS All orders are shipped insured with Delivery Confirmation (USPS) and/or Tracking (UPS). In the rare event an order is lost by the Carrier during transit, we will gladly replace the order or issue a refund upon completion of the insurance claim. However, if the Delivery Confirmation/Tracking shows delivery was made to your address, we will not accept responsibility if you do not receive your order (it is lost or stolen after delivery). We suggest if you live in an area prone to theft, to notify all Carriers to either hold your packages for pickup or to only deliver when someone is available to receive them.
